What exactly do they help with? Is it to shift baby further down more quickly? I just like the idea of bouncing on one...haven't had a good bounce in months  sorry couldn't resist

if my back is hurting from where my slipped disk plays up, and i sit on ball, it does seem to ease it.

but there good for persuading baby to drop down a bit more.

Thanks Sherlock :D

Oh and Paradysso, I slipped a disc about four years ago in my back, painful stuff eh? :(

Hmmmm. I don't know the official medical lines properly. But it's really comfy to sit on and it's great fun bouncing!! :D I have to hook my feet under the sofa so I don't fly off at unexpected angles because of my rather enthusiastic bouncing :rotfl:
