bikini line pain.

a few times recently ive had pain in my left hip/groin. - right down the bikini line - it usually happens it ive tried to move position. the other day i actually thought i was stuck on the bed cos i couldnt move.

its really quite sharp and i always have to breathe through it. Im assuming its cos ligaments are starting to loosen a bit more, but just wondered if anyone else has had this??

I had the exact same thing, it's the one and only day I've had to take off work during my pregnancy, agony!! I spoke to the midwife and ye it's just things loosening off that causes the pain. Hope u feel better soon.

thing is it goes pretty quickly - it just happend a minute before i posted that - but im totally fine now.

But its happened about 3 times this week now - and i wouldnt say i was doing anything silly iykwim.

glad to hear its reasonaby normal though. xxx
