I thought I'd venture over to tri 3 now that I'm 27 weeks and 4 days. Can't quite believe it though.
Time is now going a lot quicker for me as I felt it dragged for the fist 20 weeks or so. Found out I have gestational diabetes last week so I guess I'm a bit preoccupied with that minor problem that things seem to be going quicker.
Have a 4d scan booked for tomorrow and although I can't wait to see the baby in more detail I'm slightly apprehensive as my triple test results were high risk (1/170) and at 20 week scan was told the baby had a short thigh bone which is also an indication of Downs. We decided against the amnio but if there was a way of knowing either way without the risks of amnio I'd prefer to know only so I could try and emotionally prepare for the worse.
Anyway keeping positive - hope everyone in tri 3 is well, especially those of you very close to or even passed your due date.
