BFN with clear blue 3 days b4 period due

I just done a pregnancy test this morning with clearblue digital. And got 'not pregnant' not sure if this is too early to test but the box says 4 days b4 but im not sure how accurate it is. Feelig a bit blahhh now. Really hoping for BFP x

I hear they aren't very accurate at all. I think the digital ones require a higher concentration of hormone to say pregnant so I'm not sure why they claim to be accurate before the period is due?

Oh really? I wasnt aware of that i bought those ones thinking they would be the best aswell.
I should maybe look up the best ones to buy thanks for replying to my post xx

Cornishgirl girl is right, the digital tests detect 50mlu whereas a FRER or Superdrug detect 10mlu so the lower they detect the more sensitive the test
If your only 12dpo you'll be better off getting a FRER

My AF due next Wednesday what about you? I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant but it's still possible I suppose
I get really down when I get BFNs but I still test every day

Did you do an ovulation test? I have them in the house should i do one? Can that give you a positive if pregnant? X

It can, but it's not reliable, probably best to wait a few days and do a hpt again. Good luck xx

I done an ovulation test and its positive i have already ovulated 21-25th october.
Anyone know what this could mean? X

That the hormones that are detected for ovulation are high, which they can also be in pregnancy, or not! I wouldn't pin too much hope on it but hopefully it means a bfp on it's way for you xx

If using any test before your period is should be a sensitive ic which sometimes are shit, or a FRER. The cb digitals and others are all high sensitivity and most likely wont give you an accurate result until day of missed AF.

Try a FRER in the morning. As i replied in your other thread. Positive opk was a sign for me but ladies do differ. Id mist certai ly test tomorrow fmu with a FRER.

Oh thats a good sign that youve not came on fingers crossed for you. How are u feeling? I still have 2 days u til AF arrives feeling really yuky over the past couple of days total loss of appetite. Xxx

I'm good I suppose. Don't a HPT today and got a BFN. Don't know what's going on just waiting for af to arrive now x
