bf groups anyone been?

i went to a couple, first one there was only me, second one two people! didn't really enjoy it to be honest as I express every morning and use that to feed lo through the night and they were too judgemental about it. Only went because we had probs latching and had thrush so everything was long and painful!

Didn't ever go back!

I've still not been to ours. Don't really go to many baby groups. I know a few people with babies of a similar age to Evie so we just meet up once a week or so

well i spent half an hour looking for the place before i found it and was too rmbarrased to go in late so not sure whether to go??? Alex is feeding well again now so not sure if i would gain anything and there was no parking as the place was heaving

I've been to my local one twice now and loved it, its just a drop in session and people turn up and leave all the way through the 2hr slot. Just lovely to get out, have a cup of tea and chat with other mums, you can see babies that are ahead of yours and look forward to when yours will be able to do things. Its basically a coffee morning and a health visitor and midwife normally drop in to answer any questions.
I would say give it a go, its something to do with other adults and gets me out of the house

I love my bf group. We meet on a thurs morning, some come late some leave early. There's 9 of us now. We eat cake and gossip it's ace!
Also had an outing to the cinema together without the babies this week which was lovely. And 4 of us do baby sensory classes together. I've met some really nice people there.

I go to my local LLL meetings every month and I love them!
