Being un-married

Ish that's a fab idea, my sister did everything herself, wouldn't take any help.. She lost so much weight.. The name places at the table were hearts that sat on top of the wine glasses, with silver letters, she done every single one herself, single letters, the only thing she got help with was us helping to pay and my auntie is a florist so she done her flowers.. She got invitations off a lady on eBay and they were gorgeous and cheap x

We all joked that she was on the "plan a wedding diet" lol x

If we had loads of money we would probably have a very quick, very expensive wedding, but we simply cant afford it with everything else thats went on money wise. I know fine well it would never happen so just put it to the back of my mind.

I wouldn't hold off us getting married untill we did have money coz I know the whole big wedding thing isn't for us. I wouldn't enjoy it in our circumstances if that makes sense...with our families not getting on ect. So its only ever gona be something small, and because it would need 2 be sooner rather than later, small is the only option right now.

Anyway....managed 2 get a chat with OH. Mostly talking about my name, & how I wana get it changed and there's only 2 options ect, and he said why dont we just get married then, and I didn't really know what to say, was kinda gobsmacked so just said...ehhhh we cant afford it and that was it, i well and truely fked up, i should have grasped the oppertunity to properly chat about it, I just kinda got all shy & embarrased..

Awww lol that's really sweet! Bring it up again, just say "remember when you said..." :) do it xx

I'm gonna do a bit of my own research, find out how much it'll cost & my finances ect & then hit him with some ideas, if it works out not worth while i'll go down the name change route. Either way i'm really excited @ the thought of changing name

:yay:

You can yet married for less than 200 quit but then you got to buy a clothes, rings etc and then you will want q reception so quickly gets expencive, we spent about a grand in the end and we did it cheap.
