Behaviour, Teething or being a pain in the Butt

Alastair for the last couple weeks now every other night, wakes up screaming and I mean screaming, so I go through check his bum give him some juice etc etc etc, then he just sits in his cot and screams! I go through every 10 mins and give him his dummy and all he does is throws himself around his cot like a rag doll, so the other night, I just shut his door and my bedroom day and let him scream it out!!!!

So is he teething, is it behaviour or is he being a pain in the butt
