Yes!!! We have it here in Berkshire...Im giving birth in the local brithing centre and qualify for 12 free Hypnobirthing preparation sessions!! To say Im a little excited is an understatement!!!! Check out on youtube birthing vids of women using the hypnobirthing method!! Looks interesting!!! xx

Im excited but a little scared if Im honest...I had an epidural with my first little one as my waters went and had to be induced by drip..the pain was so intense straight away I couldnt handle it but then they didnt even give me gas and air

So decided to try a different hospital but they only offer midwife led care no doctors lol...should be a lot calmer and ok...if I have to be induced though Ill be off to another hospital and all my plans will go out the window

Gotta get there first soooo will prepare myself nearer the time lol xx
