Bad Cramp - Ouchy

Last night i was having really bad cramp at the tops of my legs, it felt almost like i had two dead legs. Is anyone else having this? I know cramp is normal in pregnancy and i have had it nearly all the way through but last night was just horrible z x

a few weeks ago i woke up with terrible cramp in the bottom of my right leg, hurt like hell but then it slowly went away. I asked my physiotherapist at work and he said that it is common to get cramp during pregnancy, but it may be a sign you are dehydrated so make sure you drink plenty of water. i know it may not be ideal because more water = more trips to the loo! but it worked for me

i used to get them all the time! not as much but stronger lately, almost like period pains in my legs! x
