Cramp

OMG Cramp is EVIL I was fast a bubeyes and then all of a sudden I get this searing pain its CRAMP in my leg Doing that to a pregnant woman is just cruel, I can only move 2mph. It still hurts now and that was 20mins ago and I was having the best dream - I dreamt I had given birth and my tummy was tiny again and the feeling of being as light as a fairy was AMAZING!

Why do we get cramp? Is it another pregnancy thing or is it a deficiency in something?

ive been told its not enough salt in your diet and not drinknig enough water...ive had it the past 2days it stings like hell

I had it in my right leg this morning and I was nearly crying with the pain I was writhing around the bed, poor sean wondered what the hell was going on

i had my first twinges of cramp last night but nothing too bad yet...

please dont hate me for that cos I get the evil killer heartburn that causes vomiting as well as the slighly annoying heartburn that gaviscon can cure!

touch wood not had much heartburn and this is only the 2nd time i've had cramp, but omg it hurt so much

Perhaps its a right leg day today as i had it in my right leg too i had to stop myself from screaming and bite onto a pillow as Oliver was in bed with me and Matt was in his bed!!!

had it in my left leg though yesterday!!!!!

Ive got both my leg still hurts, feels like Ive been kicked in the muscle at the back

it feels like uve pulled a muscle for a day afters doesnt it and it feels really tight!

Worst thing is u try and not move as its easing off and then my leg will twitch and set the whole thing back off again...i can do this about 8times b4 it stops completely!!! well thats what happens to me lol

it's recommended that you try and straighten your leg as soon as it starts but it just made it worse for me

Cramp makes me use naughty words
I try so hard to be polite and not swaer (so baby won't learn my bad habits) and then i get cramp and i just can't help it, the rude words just fly out!

My OH jumped out of his skin when i jumped out of bed swearing really loudly.

I hate cramp.

i HATE cramp!!!

My friend told me to drink a glass of milk and have a banana before bed (not sure if this works, something to do with potassium apparently? ) and if i still get crap, to straighten my leg and twirl my foot round in circles until it goes . Luckily ive not suffered as much with this pregnancy as when i was having Beth. I had it everynight last time i was preggers, it used to make me cry

I cant remember contractions feeling like that!!!!! give me a contraction to cramp anyday!!!!!

Contractions(to me) feel like the mother of all period pains period pains like you have never felt before!!!!
