Back Pain

My hubby goes to a chiropractor and obvs I have been suffering with back pain he's been watching videos on youtube to help him and he's just literally sorted my back found a build up of fluid pressed on it firmly and the pain just went away. Ahhh so good.

So nice to hear you've got some relief! Did your hubby do it himself then? Full marks to him if so! I've got a sore back too and planning to treat myself to a pregnancy massage next week. Glad you feel better! Xx

Yes, he has been watching all these videos and learnt how to deal with his bad back when it goes, we thought I had carpal tunnel a few months back and he learnt how to sort that out it was just a trapped muscle, my back appears to be a build up of fluid so he finds the fluid and just applies pressure and it goes amazing! Stops me moaning at him I suppose!
