When it's my muscles, a nice back massage and a hot pack is about the best I can ever do. If it's trapped nerve I have to put cold pack on it to reduce swelling and even though I HATE anything cold, it really does help with the pain.
Paracetamol is the only pain killer I know is safe during pregnancy but I've never asked a GP about anything else.
Hope it eases up soon

I have always had a very bad back but all i get sent to is a rubbish physio who does nothing!
