What they have described on your report is basically a small bleed within your uterus I think which is absolutely nothing to worry about. It doesn't have anything to do with or affect the baby.
I had one too and they said it would either make me bleed a little again or it would just be re-absorbed by my body. (I had an early scan for some bleeding/brown discharge). The main thing is that it is nothing to worry about. If it was they would most certainly have told you
