Back ache

Since I got home from antenatal I have had really bad back ache and not felt baby at all (he was moving a little during the class) should I be worried?

I have tried the fizzy cold drink etc :-/

Were you sitting on an uncomfortable chair in the class, that could of brought on the back ache?

I wouldn't worry about the movements as he was moving during the class. Maybe he's just having some quiet time chick. I know how hard it is when they go quiet tho, can't help but worry! xxx

Yeah I was very uncomfy in the class so maybe that's it the back ache

Fx he is just sleeping naughty little rascal

Id give him a little while, he could be having a snooze. If youve been sat in a standard chair in your class that could have caused the back ache, i cant sit on anything other than sofa or lay in bed for more than 20 minutes without being in agony! x
