Bad Back & Ache Help Please x

Hi all,

I've been on this website since TTC but tend to read not post, and have not posted yet during pregnancy, as i've not really had any concerns.

I Had back ache before pregnancy, and it got bad during the end of my pregnancy last time, i didn't consult medical help last time though, and my labour was awful and i had to lie on my back the whole time

In the last week my back ache has moved up another level, its a constant hurt now, my lower back on the spine, and aches both thigh's and bum cheeks, and goes all the way down my left leg and too my foot,

thinking about it now my left arm and shoulder ache, but not sure if that is a coninsidance, my back hurts alot more when i walk more or do things, and bending down is a nightmare!

Could this be something else or is this just normal pregnancy backache?

i didnt want to read and run.

Have you spoke to your midwife? maybe the LO is lying on a nerve. idont really suffer from back ache but i get tingles in my legs it doesnt last long though and i have always just put it down to where the baby is lying though.

Hope you get some answers though xx

Your LO could be back to back hunny, i was in complete agony with my back. Your midwife should be able to check the position of your LO x x
