Picked up a book about this yesterday and it's fab. It goes through everything week by week and has different techniques for fractious babies, special needs and helping soothe teething, colic etc. I tried some of the newborn strokes on Bertie last night and he loved it, especially the foot rubbing. With newborns you do it through their clothes so they stay warm and feel safe....after you've "asked" their permission of course
Can't wait for us to do the yoga now
It gives tips on soothing as well, like playing the music you played most whilst pregnant when baby can't or won't sleep at night......don't think Prodigy is really that calming though lol but Bertie does seem to like mellow magic on the radio xxxxxxxxx
