Hey Spermmaker, just wanted to let you know that the cranberry juice worked really well for us...we were able to dtd every single day around pos opk with no decrease in amount produced! Definitely think that things can be done to improve sperm and hope that your post has helped a lot of people - sometimes there are way more views than comments - I wouldn't read into that.

Well looking at the views this post has had I think you are right lol

We have not been trying to be fair lately which is due to finding the time strange as that sounds I have been keeping up my supplements, water intake & diet still with great results I’m considering reducing some of the strengths of the supplements as as there is to much of a good thing lol

Pre cum is at really high levels now & the slightest thing starts it flowing think the Pygeum is responsible for this messy situation my other half says she loves it but it’s becoming a bit of a inconvenience for me.

Ejaculation load is huge now not measured it but I’m guessing around Two large desert spoons worth, really thick & pearly white looking with a very strong sperm smell but as I have still not had a Sperm test not sure on sperm count in it.

Side affects I have found is a much more stronger need to climax and very intense when I do & my balls look larger & feel heavy inside if I have not ejaculated for a few days.

Not minding all of this but still thinking I should book a Sperm sample?

I think we need to get back to Baby making duties to use all my good stuff lol

How long have you been ttc? I wouldnt too much about sperm unless youve been trying for a year. Taking vitamins is the best you can dp atm. Is your OH tracking ovulation?

Haha! My hubby hated it in the final ovulation day. He said never again are we ttc like that. So youve got a good attitide towards it.
Ive read a few posts on here that you can do it at home and drive to wherever you give it in, in a certain time frame though, and need to keep it kind of warm i think. If you use search on here theres probably loads of threads about it.

id say just try and not think into it so much despite you wanting a child so much, ttc can be all consuming dont let it take the fun and normality out of your normal sex life.
