Baby K's name..........

Grrrrrrrrrrr we STILL havent got a name for him or her!

We settled on Dominic and Matilda a while ago but then went off them both so started looking for more!

No luck tho!

Arrrggghhh poor thing is going to be known as baby k forever!

Problem is I like traditional classical names but DH thinks some of them are too 'posh' sounding!

DD thinks lots of them are too old fashioned!

So we cant all agree!

Ahhhhh what to do!! Names in a hat?? lol xxx

Yes Helen Hugo is one of Davids 'likes' and was on my list I love it so thats a maybe I think.....xx

Lol - the flowery girls names people have mentioned on here are nice but OH wouldnt go for them i have two girls names and two boys OH wont narrow it till hes seen baby -havent said only 2 close family but now we are so near- will say on here

Baby will be Cara Helena ( Helena after OHs mum) or Erin Helena i prefer Cara

and if a boy Luke Joseph ( Joseph after OHs dad) or Daniel Joseph

Sadly OHs mum passed away 14 years ago and his dad last year so we wanted to use there names for baby x

Old fashioned names are making a comeback! My LO is Harvey Leonard and there was a Frazer, Benjamin, Michael and Frederick in hospital when I was there!

My friend likes Robyn if her baby is a girl and my other friends have Hannah, Abi, Mia and Sienna!

My friedns lo was going to be leonard (lenny),frederick (freddy) but ended up being shay!

I like the more unusual names as our surname is smith and there's not many of our names around! My lo was named after both mine and oh's grandads so maybe you could get some inspiration from them?or what about letting kate help pick a name as I'm sure she'd love it!x

Well we thought about naming a boy after both dads who are no longer with us and that would be Alan Joseph.... As much as I love my dads name Alan I wouldnt use it as a first name...and wouldnt have joseph as a first either....
I love Alana so thats a possible for a girl but Kate doesnt like that and we decided right from the start that we would include Kate in choosing the babies name and if all three of us didnt agree we wouldnt have that name....Kates fave names are Viola and Tobias (Toby)

We had Alistair James chosen for a boy until last week and we discovered its the scotish version of my Ex's name Alexander so I decided although not a lot of people will prob know that I didnt want to have that now!

Still toying with a lot of girls names but nothing solid!
