Baby is quiet today :(

Been awake since half 9 this morning, and LO hasn't moved much at all today. He usually gives me a little wake up call before I get up but didn't get one this morning.
He's a very active baby usually! Even sonographers have commented on it, and I felt him move rather early for a first pregnancy (end of my 15th week). A normal day for him is definately 80+ movements, so whenever he isn't this active, I notice it and don't like it (cos I know 10 movements in 24hrs is normal).
He became a bit active around 11:30am for about 20 mins or so. Then I had a nap in the afternoon and haven't felt much since and it worries me because of how overly active he tends to be!

Should I just stop worrying?

Easier said than done, but try not to worry. They all have quiet days. I would imagine that if your LO is as active as that - he definitely needs a rest now and then.

Around 24 weeks they have a growth spurt so they r quieter than normal. Pip was quiet for 3 days which scared the hell outta me but he was back to his normal ways after that. I do get the odd day of quietness and it's just then growing. The have a lot of fattening up to do from now on and that takes energy.

Try not to worry too much, especially if u r still getting kicked but contact ur midwife if ur worried xx

i've had one of those today it's been quite nice not being booted all the time! he's gonna be a little fatty mine is!!

hey hon...try not to worry......boo boo was very quiet all day weds, thurs and fri....i was really worried, well you will see some of my posts from those days on here somewhere...

but boo boo is back to being a very wriggly baby and he/she must have been having a grow as the others have said cos the kicks are now stronger and much higher up.....try not to worry, although i know that is hard xx
