Hi Ive seen this mentioned as potentially helpful in the 2ww. Does it just mean the low dose 75mg of asparin. I cant seem to find anything with the name baby asprin so was just wondering if low dose say half or quater of a tablet of normal asprin is the same?

Yes 75mg hon, I just got it over the counter at Tesco pharmacy, but I also saw some some in poundland. I've just started it this 2ww, and got my bfp yesterday so hoping this can reduce my chances of miscarrying this time xx

Im TTC agen at mo after multiple MCs and doc put me on 75mg. So must be rite.

But i did get mixed up at first to and was indeed lookin for ACTUAL 'baby asprins'......

Ahhhh my braincells shock me sometimes

:dust:xxxx

I know when I first heard it, I thought it was aspirin specifically for pregnancy, like baby-safe aspirin!! Then I read up on it and realised it was for angina and stroke. And they ain't usually having babies!!

Thankyou ladies thats very helpful. Good luck and fingers crossed.

Unfortunately it didn't help, I'm going to miscarry soon. At least I know I was proactive in trying to get something sorted, will try something different next time. Ideas on a postcard!

Don't let this put you off though Daisy, I've heard it works wonders for some people xx

Its 75mg and ideally get coated ones which prevents it causing any secondary problems like ulcers. You can take it throughout cycle or from ovulation up to testing.

I take it from ovulation to when AF comes or I hope when she comes. I did take dong Quai for a while which has a similar effect with promoting blood flow but I wouldn't take the two together it might be too much. Good luck!x

:hugs:Oh Leesy sorry to hear that youve got to go through such torment.
