So... We told both sets of parents yesterday. Didn't say anything just gave them the cards that said they were going to be grandparents. All over the moon and there were lots of tears! Telling 2 of my brothers today.

If officially Xmas- HAPPY XMAS EVERYONE, hope you have a wonderful day and make the most of it as next Xmas is going to be nothing like this one, especially for us first time mums! X

We told immediate family today with cards saying love from us & bump ... Needless to say they were ecstatic!!
Relieved I can finally talk about it around them now!

I just took a FRER with super diluted mid-day pee and and the test line is darker than the control line! I'm so happy. I feel satisfied enough to stop testing now. I'm hoping so hard this baby is here for the long haul!

I hope all you ladies are doing well!

We also told the grandparents. My mother first asked if we planned this, but then she did seem happy for us, so that's a relief my father- in-law we'll only see at new year, but he was already talking about a brother or sister for our son a few months ago so he'll be happy it's such a nice time to tell them the news around Christmas...

Hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday. We told 2 of my brothers by having a toast to Uncle J and Uncle S, both really happy. I'm seeing my Dad and other brother on Tuesday. Bit nervous about telling him as we don't have the best relationship. When I got engaged he reacted badly even though we had lived together for about 6 years lol! X

Morning how did everyone feel yesterday?
I was hosting but by mid morning I was feeling that yuk sicky feeling which lingers for me all day! I was forcing myself to prepare everything for dinner! By 5pm I was just so tired the house was hot had screaming toddlers running around and adults were getting merry (not me) I just wanted to go to bed!
This morning I feel like I'm hungover and I'm shattered, I guess it's only going to get worse!!

I'm very tired too, going back to parents for another lunch later and then we're all going to see Star Wars x

Surprisingly I'm doing ok. I had to work yesterday so as usually tiredness kicked in by about 7pm but got to spend the morning with both sides of the family.

Surprisingly apart from the 2 days this week where I felt sicky I've not had it again. Just the tiredness. The cramps have stopped now too. I'm not sure if I should be worried?!

I ended up in bed after lunch which hubby ended up cooking, luckily it was only me and him!
Got a rotten cold, I'm more tried and emotional then usual but today I'm fretting about every niggle! I'm so frightened about my scan

Summergurl: I was just worrying about the same thing. Yesterday I felt still a bit nauseous, but nothing today. Only tired. It's strange we want to feel sick actually I suppose it's normal not to be sick every day. As long as there's no bleeding I try not to worry too much...

I was generally OK yesterday save for being knackered by 4pm. It felt odd not drinking though and hard avoiding the cheese board!!
today however I feel so sick... luckily I've not been sick yet just nauseous but today I can't shake it! heading off to a boxing day family buffet soon and not sure how I'll get on!

Tomorrow I hope to go buy a digi in a bid to see "3+" then the testing can officially stop haha

I got my 3+ this week but now I feel a bit lost because there is nothing else to check if things are ok! I don't think I've ever felt so tense! Gonna be a long 7 months
