Are you using travel cot

i have bough one with bassinett and just wondering what blankets to use to cover mattress. Its for day time use will be using moses basket at night. Have looked in mother care not ssure what size blankets to get.

I recently bought a Mothercare Travel cot with a bassinet for when my little neice comes over. I bought a 'travel cot' fitted sheet from Mothercare.

i got some fitted cot sheets from ikea 2 for 5.99 i think they were they fit the travel cot ok and were a bargain i think

Im just using normal single bed flat sheets (flannelette) as they can be used on the bed later.

Any baby blankets or shawls can be used in the early days.

as i have a 2 yr old i have got a travel cot as she wont be able to reach in and wake baby up. Did not have one for lauren when she was a newborn until she was crawling around then somewhere safe too put her when i needed loo. U dont need one unless u travel a lot our reason is that i can put baby to sleep and then relax and let lauren play knowing she cant reach baby and wake up.

we keep the travel cot at nannas house
