Are there certain things i should be doing/eating whilst i am TTC?

If anyone knows of things that i should be taking, wether its certain foods, or just general day to day things?

Folic acid supplements at the very least - the sooner you start taking them the better.

Zinc for your fella.

Lots of people, including myself, use Pregnacare supplements which have everything you and your baby could possibly need.

I take pregnacare (folic acid) and oesteocare (calcium and vit D) and seven seas (omega 3).

My husband takes Wellman for his zinc.

As for actual food to be eating, i think you're ok as long as you are taking supplements. If you are not taking supplements your diet will become very complicated to get the same level of nutrition.
