7 weeks yesterday and have been spotting since Friday 😕 I did this with my first pregnancy and that turned into a happy 2 year old so I'm trying to stay positive. Can't help but worry though X

Can you give to your epu for a reassurance scan? I hope everything is OK

I have a doc appointment this morning so hopefully il be sent for bloods or referred to the EPU X

We work differently here. Put booking and scan is all on the same day. They scan u first to make sure theres a baby and alls ok. Mines done separate this time cause the hospitals so full

Makes so much more sense that way saves all the questions and paperwork if something has gone wrong.
I remember last pregnancy I was asked my thoughts on birth... I was 8 weeks and obviously didn't know if I had a sticky or not

Doesnt it. But i guess if something is wrong. Theyve all the info infront of them. Theyve got it out of u in a 'normal' state of mind, god forbid something happened, the last thing your going to want to do is answer questions. Plus they need to take further action which will be recorded in your notes xx

Catching up, hello new ladies and congrats on the BFP's lots of April babies!

Had my booking app this morning, lovely midwife, really reassuring after a not so pleasant experience with my first. BMI is slightly high so will have a few extra app/scans but i dont mind seeing piglet more often

Tried the doppler last night but needless to say i didnt pick up anything but accepted the fact its too early. i have my first scan on 13th so 2 weeks today

has anyone had an update from Syd? i know she mentioned she had to wait a week for another scan

Hi bobbideeboo, thanks so much for asking. Scan is tomorrow. Still bleeding so that's a week now but not heavy or clotty. Still no symptoms other than slightly tender boobs. Got a very strong positive on an ic this morning but don't think that really means anything.

Absolutely terrified about tomorrow morning.

I've just booked private scan for a week Saturday 10th at 10am. I will be 9 wks 3 days by then. X

The strong positive at least tells you your HcG levels are still up

Nothing much to say here, had the booking in appt and it was just paperwork lol have to have bloods done after scan x

Just to update you all, had the follow up scan this morning. Gestational sac should have doubled in size but has only increased by less than 1mm so I'm now measuring 2 weeks behind and there's no fetal pole or yolk sac. She said the chances of this pregnancy being viable are 0.01%. She doesn't want to induce miscarriage yet given that there is that 0.01% chance so I have to go back again next Wednesday, I actually fly back to the UK that night so if nothing has happened by then I guess Ill deal with it when I get back.

I wish you all a very happy and healthy nine months. I will pop in every now and then to see how you're all doing but probably not for the next few weeks, bit too raw right now.
