Yea that is true, the days will be a little quicker then. I think I'll book myself in for a private scan at 8 weeks just to see how things are going & get a more definite due date

Hi all, just to update you all I will no longer be a part of the group, I miscarried last night, still to get my bloods back to confirm but I know myself that it's all over and I'm really just going through the motions to make sure it's put on record so we can hopefully get some tests done on why it keeps happening. Love to you all on your continued journeys x

I'm so sorry Claire, there nothing anyone can say to make this better but I hope the doctors will be doing everything they can to make sure you ok and hopefully find out why this is happening to you so you don't have to go through this again.xx

Well hope everyone is doing ok. I'm feeling a bit nauseous and my boobs are killing me. Want to fast forward to the 27th for my private scan xx

I'm feeling so sick probably doesn't help that I've just had a big milkshake lol, can't stay awake going to bed soon.

About 8/9 weeks I think but I'm getting a scan at the EPU in the next week so will have a better idea then. I think I'm not feeling the exhaustion as much because I have issues sleeping as it is so it just all blends into the same lack of energy lol xx

I don't sleep great myself to be honest.. I snoozed on the couch this eve tho didn't even feel myself drift off lol.
The length of time you have to wait for a public scan is ridiculous. 16 weeks or something these days ?

I'm getting my first scan at 12 from nhs, just waiting for letter to come through the post. Hopefully it will fly by when college starts up, then I can tell the lectures and get out of doing the standing for 12 hrs on a Tuesday x

So I've only just found out I'm pregnant and I couldn't be happier! It's my 22nd birthday on Thursday so a great start to my birthday celebrations! Just referred myself to the midwife and if all dates correct little one should arrive sometime in April.

How is everyone finding their first few weeks of pregnancy? Any tips for a newbie mummy?

Congratulations, what a lovely birthday present.

As for tips - not sure I can help you there haha - this is my second pregnancy but I feel like I've forgotten everything from last time!

Congratulations Star. The only bit of advice I can give is take rest when you can because at time pregnancy can kick your but in the 1st 12/13 weeks. This is baby #3 for me and never fails to surprise me how exhausted you get. But it's worth every second. Xx

6 weeks tomorrow and no symptoms at all... I'm worrying now something might be wrong, I'm bloated that's it but that could be down to eating rubbish...

Well I have a fear my journey is coming to an end. I had to go to the EPU on Monday to check my hormone levels and they were 1313. Went back today and was told they should have double or there about and got a phone call it's only 1675. So going for an emergency scan. Completely petrified xx

Sorry to hear that but positively they have good up not down, yes not as much as should but gone up, I thought the higher the numbers got the longer it took to double??

I think I belong in here. Hopefully my rainbow baby is due 19th April after a late miscarriage earlier this year. Feeling very anxious. I will be consultant led all the way through my first scan being between 9 and 11 weeks. Did a clearblue digi this afternoon only got a 1-2 weeks though I was hoping for a 2-3 weeks.x

Tilly I wouldn't worry too much, quite common to not have a lot of symptoms. Maybe you're in for an easy pregnancy

I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms with my first and he turned out fine. My second was another boy and I had awful morning sickness and symptoms so I wouldn't worry Tilly.x
