Anyone know anything about AF..?

So my cycles have become very short (20-23 days in between periods) and very light (only need to use a pad for one day tops, mostly just mucky brown/pink SORRY for tmi).. will this effect my chances of conception? i'm young and have never really used a pill or anything and me and OH have been trying for nearly nine months, anyone got any advice? i'm getting a bit :'( x

It's hard to say but i'd definitely see my GP if it was me
