Very Light AF

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else had the same thing as I have just had...

I have just had my af, it was the first since coming off the pill (been on pill 18 years). It did arrive exactly 28 days after the first day of my last 'pill period', so that was a good sign......

It was really, really light though.....lasted about 3/4 days, used to be about 5 days and it was all just brown (tmi), no red blood at all and i used to have at least 1 or 2 days of darker and heavier flow...

Did anyone have similar when they first came off pill?

Hi Samsgirl,

I can't recall what I had coming off the pill (was about ayear ago) but it does sound like your body is just getting back to normal. The good news is that you can now start to look at when you will be OV and get in lots of BD-ing!

Ermmm my period when i came off the pill lasted 2 days but was heavy...found out it wasnt a period it was a mc, Its likley your period will be different after being on the pill. If your in doubt take a test xxx
