Anyone have any advice?

Hi ladies, so I haven't been here for a long while. It was all getting abit to much. So been ttc #1 for four years now. Last time I officially ovulated was in July last year. So, I recently had a HSG which revealed that my tubes were open, and had 20+ cysts on each ovary. The doctor said they llextrenely polycystic. Which isn't a shock as I've been diagnosed with pcos since I was 14. However, I had lots of cycts on my initial US when I was 14, but I had a scan last August because I'd been bleeding for 7-8 months at that point, which revealed normal uterine thickness and no cysts. So those cysts which were picked up recently must have developed within the last 6 months. Anyway this is not what I wanted to talk about, sorry got abit side tracked there.

So, on to the reason I'm here, after my HSG on the 13th of this month, AF came on the 15th only for two days and was finished on the night if thr 16th. She was really light and and pink with no blood clots, but I figured this was because I obviously hadn't O'd as the doctor said when I went in that my bloods and US showed I haven't O'd. So I began temping this month when AF arrived.

I never have poitive OPKS, the only time I got an almost poitive was last July, they day before I O'd. So I had a plus on CD 16 and O'd CD 17 according to my chart. The only time I have also got sore nipples (sorry for the tmi), was that cycle, around ovulation, can't remeber what days but I think I had then slightly before O and then all the way upto two days before AF.

So this cycle I have been talking OPKs and temping, to my amazement, I started getting really dark lines on CD 7, and about 11pm, on CD I had the darkest OPK I've ever gotten, it wasn't a positive but it was almost. My nipples started hurting on CD too and have been incredibly sensitive and sore since then. I also had EWCM on CD 7 and Watery on CD 8. We only had chance to BD on CD 8 in the morning. So I've continued taking OPKS and CD they were still dark but significantly lighter than CD 7, and today so far the line is barely there. My temp has been rising since CD 8, a little bit each day. I've included my chart for this cycke, and also an overlay of this cycke and the last cycle I O'd. I also had pain in my right ovary area on CD 7 and 8. I have no idea if this could have been O pain as I've never expirenced it before.

So, I guess what I'm asking is do you think it's possible I could have ovulated? And this early? Did the HSG have some kind of effect and contributed? I'm so confused.

What do you ladies think? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you could well have ovulated this cycle, even though it is early it is certainly possible. I've heard a few ladies who have had success right after a hsg. Hope your temps continue to stay up, good luck!

Hi snowbee! Thanks for the reply! Nice to see you again, I've been away from here for many months! Nice to see a familiar face!

I'm really hoping it was O! Took another OPK tonight and there is not even a hint of a second line now. Nipples still sore, cm seems to have dried up now. Really hoping my temps stay up!

I'll keep the thread updated anyway, whatever the outcome!

I'm really hoping that we caught the egg in time if I have 😒. Really hope so. Ugh feel like I'm coming down with the flu or something, I've got burning chills (don't know how else to describe it) like you'd get with a cold or flu but no cold or flu symptoms. Which is really strange. I don't have a sore throat, head, nose or anything like that. I feel fine. I just feel warmer kind if Tha usual.

I really thought FF would have drawn the cross hairs today though. Finger crossed it hoes uo again on the morning! It's really getting to me lately!

Not quite sure what to think thismorning. Temp took a dive ��, and no cross hairs in sight. Nipples are still extremely sore, OPKS still negative. I did have a broken night sleep last night, kept waking up. Not sure if the mat could have made a difference. �� I've included my overlay from the last time I O'd. What do you thibk?
