Anyone experienced anxiety in the third trimester? I am 35+1 and am currently so anxious. I find myself analysing all baby’s movements and convincing myself they’re different when actually, she is moving just fine. I just can’t shake it?

TIA x

I was very anxious with DD until she was born and I could actually see and feel her breathing. I think a lot of mummies (if not all!) experience that later on in pregnancy :hugs:

Hi Im getting to be the same, overanalysing baby movements and now have myself convinced I have GD and worrying about my nex round of blood & urine tests next week!!
Trying not to allow myself to get stressed or anxious as it doesnt do you any favours and try to keep calm and relaxed.xx

Aw I had this too with my daughter. I think third tri is almost as bad as 1st tri with worrying, for a whole different set of reasons.

But it's completely normal in the home stretch to feel like this. I was so paranoid about everything going wrong. I felt like I would be the one who didn't get to bring home a healthy baby in the end. Which is stupid and normal all at the same time. I wish I'd spent less time stressing & more time enjoying it with DD though. It's easy for me to say once they're here though. Try not to let the anxiety take over hun, you're so close to holding your baby now . Xx

I’ve been feeling a bit like this. Like the closer to d day the worse it would be if something went wrong. I think it’s normal to feel like that. Try not to let it ruin the pregnancyfpr you x
