i got my first anti natel next tues.
im looking forward to it but dont know what to expect!
do i need to bring anything?

Hiya

When we went to ours I didn't take anything, it was like being back at school at the first one where we had to introduce ourselves!

We were spoken to by a midwife, had coffee, were spoken to a bit more then went home until the next week!! We had 4 classes.

I did take a notebook and pen with me to my class but only jotted down a couple of things which weren't included in the handouts.
