Angus cactus

Hi

Anyone know anything about Angus cactus to help with ovulation?
How often and many tablets do/ did you take and from when in cycle?
How long did/ many cycles did it take for you to ovulate?

I used it, along with dong quai!
I used one angus castus and 4 dong quai a day.
I wasn't ovualting due to the depo injection,
within two weeks of taking it I had ovulated Im now on my2nd cycle
