Angus cactus, co enzyme Q, royal jelly advice

Hi girls. I'm CD1 and I am giving this cycle my all, I have bought
1000mg agnus cactus and 1000mcg royal jelly, and 300mg coenzyme Q10, i really hope this is a good strength to go for? Also, is this for the whole cycle or only until OV? Xxx

I take 1000mg agnus castus and 600mg of the coq10-I read this is the amount needed for fertility. I take mine all the way through. Some say to stop AC at ov but have been told its fine by a doctor working in alternative medicine xx

Thats what I do too, it helps with skin and nails too so added bonus
