Am I really pregnant?

Me and my partner are trying for a baby.
Period was on 11th january until 14th and we done the deed straight after. I have been getting symptoms over the past week of nausea, headaches, sensitivity to smells and chronically tired. Had period like cramps on Sunday past. Pregnancy test came back negative. Does anyone know if this sounds like pregnancy and Im just testing too soon?
