Am I in early labour?

Hi guys

Need some advice. Been getting funny pains in my lower abdomen today. Lost mucas plug 2 days ago too. Its more like a stabbing pain that lasts a few seconds and comes and goes.

What's early labour meant to feel like?

oh no don't have a hot bath that ould slow it all down. Go for a brisk walk around the block instead or better still jog

my midwife told me to have a hot bath when i was i labour with hannah

www.contractionmaster.com is great for this. Do it for long enough to establish a pattern.

Also, check if your tummy goes tight when you get the pains.

no don't phone yet. Wait until you are getting the pains every 3 minutes or so.
Keep active and drink some milkshake or something.

Shaz20 had her baby around 28 weeks a few days ago....so there is never a point where it cant be.

And you are full term now....so would be lovely for bubs to arrive

Been for a bath and still very much the same, pressure below and short pains. Going to watch Lost and try and chill now!!
