Alton Towers tickets - need help!

I paid online for 3 tickets for Alton Towers cos me & my friends are going on Friday, I put my email address and stuff in and I expected a confirmation email but I haven't got one. It's not in the spam folder or anything.

I chose the option where you pick them up at the gates so what do I need to take, just the card I used to pay?

I'd give the helpline a ring, they should have somewhere you can contact them just to be sure.

You should have got an email confirmation I think. Call them and check though

Just spent ages on the phone to them, they gave me a reference number so it's ok now

You know when you go on the rides, where are you meant to put your bag and stuff? I don't want anyone nicking my car keys

they have cages - you have to run through the ride, put your bag in a cage then run back and sit on ride I kept panicking it was gonna go without me. still left at your own risk though

Gotta drive there & back on the same day and it's nearly 4 hours each way but it'll be alright

we're going again in october for a few days, really excited already lol. i didnt want to leave last time love it love it love it!

They do have lockers you can get for the day - can't remember whether they were £1 ones or something like that. We found that easier and less scary than leaving our bags! We just had one person with a zip pocket who kept some cash for all of us. xxx
