Woohoo as of today all October Mummies are now on the home stretch :D :yay::yay: but scary at the same time x x

Yeah. Have said I am in Tri 3 a few times this morning but sounds a little scary so not sure I will say it again today...

am so happy that we are on the home stretch though.... :)

Cant believe how quick tri-2 has gone! Just hope this tri is the same although i know the last 3/4 weeks drag.
Just glad im quite organised this time, Missy's room just needs the finishing touches now :D x x

yeay! ten and a half weeks to go for me and haven't started on his room at all! and we need to get the ceiling ripped down and redone so really starting to panic now! lol. can't wait to get all the bits and bobs i've accumilated over the last few weeks set up and looking lovely tho.

Yayyy, I still can't believe that I am actually in my third trimester. Never thought I would be here, but very glad I am.

Congrats to all for making it this far and good luck with the rest of it. Can't wait to hold our little ones :)

I'm in a similar situation to you. We need a new window and one of our walls fixed up because of damp and mould (waiting on landlord). I can't wait to get everything in her room and be able to see the end result.

Good luck with getting your roof fixed and hope the room turns out how you wanted.

The only reason im so organised is because we had to have a builder in to split 2 rooms into 3, if Missy would of had a room already id still be pottering around trying to choose which wallpaper ect x x

It's going super fast these days and I have less than half of the things I need!!! I only have a few bits of clothes and a Moses basket so far! going to have a look at the buggies and car seats on Friday though  best of luck to you all from now on xxxx

Do you have any buggies in mind hunny? x x

Hellllooooooooooooooooo hurrah hurrah hurrah. Thats all Ive got to say ha ha

The nursery got painted just over a week ago. We went with white as it is such a small room... waiting a few weeks then we can put the farm yard stickers up on the wall... furniture is also up. Am not going to do much else before the little man arrives as he will be in the moses basket for the first month or so and my mum is doing two farmyard painting for his room. I will get sheets and blankets for the cot after the birth as people keep saying we may get some of these things are presents....

MIL and her sister have gone crazy on clothes so am probably sorted for myself and my sisters baby (due 6 weeks after me) for the first year.... Am very lucky with that I think.....

Pram should arrive later this week maybe... am so excited....

To start with I was gonna go for something like these:

http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs...layA_324+54_10751_-1_14601_121960_10001_14601

But I'm not so sure and have had a long think about it and as I live on the 3rd floor in a block of flats with no lift I don't really want anything too heavy hmmmmm

So have been looking at these:

They both have great reviews and the buggy is very light and would be a lot easier getting down all those steps hmmmmmmm

So hard to choose lol

The gracco travel system doesnt look to bulky hunny. Ive got the ladybird bubble which looks a very similar style and its very light and folds up really small x x

Hopefully I'll be able to see some of them in the shops so I can get a better idea, thanks for the info xxxx

:yay: xxx

Can't believe how fast it's going!! Xx

I have the graco fusio and have carried it up and down stairs a couple of times in the house and it's not heavy at all - although no baby in it yet lol but I would have thought the graco's are all similar weight wise x

:yay:

Its soo exciting M2A - your so lucky that you're all organised, you'll be able to put your feet up and relax when your nearer your due date.

I have a graco, would recommend it we had one with my 1st and used it with no probs til she was 2 and a half, and it was still in perfect condition. The current 1 we have, the base is quite bulky, you wouldn't be able to carry it with one hand anyway, but I like my buggy's like that coz they're really sturdy to push. Plus, ours was hardly ever folded up with my first, it got kept up in the hall.

All we've done so far baby wise is buy the buggy, got a few other bits and pieces but still quite alot to buy. Had loads of things happen financially, holiday, wee 1's birthday & party, and buying all her school stuff for going into P3, so next month i'm gonna start buying rest of stuff. We're no where near having the nursery sorted, baby will be in with us untill at least 6 months old so still plenty of time.

:)

I'm so scared! I have nothing done and really not ready to have a baby, starting to wonder why I ever thought this was a good idea so really hope my last few weeks of freedom go slowly!!

I'm starting to get anxious now about everything being sorted on time, even though I still have 12 weeks to go lol! I'm one of those people who likes everything sorted well in advance lol! We've hit so many obstacles so far with everything we choose being out of stock  However things are looking up this week, nursery furniture is being delivered Thursday and hopefully going to start decorating at the weekend :yay: Hope all you October mummies are feeling well, not long to go for us now eek! x x
