Shout out to anyone and everyone who has used or is using this!!
I've just bought some from Holland and Barrett 4mg tablets, but how do I take them for fertility?thanks ladies xx

I took it but at much higher dose. Think was 1000mg. Got from Amazon. My acupuncturist said was ok to take all through cycle, I chopped and changed, some all the way through and some up to ovulation. It did help my cycles for sure xx

I don't think so. When I was reading up on it the standard seemed to be 1000mg, went to Holland and Barrett too and they have nothing near that dose so got from Amazon xx

I tried Lindens' 1000mg, twice I've used it and both times it's given me days of really bad headaches. x

I also took 1000mg when I took it, I can't remember if I took it for entire cycle but I'm sure I took it on an empty stomach which I think was recommended - didn't really help me though so stopped taking it. I conceived the month I didn't take anything! xx

I took 1000mg once a day up until ovulation. I don't kno if it's coincidence but with my first I tried for 11 months and then conceived first month of using it and this time we tried for 7 months and conceived first month of using it again x

Well, I think I will have to take what I have then maybe increase the dose next time....it says 4mg tablets are equiv to 40 mg, anyhow still not nearly 1000!!
They were still £14.99 so if such a low dose I wonder what they do?
The directions say 1 a day for pmt etc.
I could do with them working for that as well haha xx
