Agnus castus side effects

Started taking this with starflower a week ago and have been getting really bad headaches since! Does anyone know if this could be a side effect of either? Really don't want to stop taking it but can't think what else it could be!!!

I've taken it for weeks now and i haven't had headaches hun. Fab skin, bigger boobs thou!!

I think it may have lengthened my af thou......10 days now

But, like you i'm reluctant to stop taking it just in case!

Ooo bigger boobs!! Yay! Ha. Must admit mine hurt today. Hmmm.

My AF is now 4 weeks late so I really want to keep taking it as I have no idea where I am or even if I'm ovulating. Very frustrating!

I took it for the first 2 weeks of my cycle then stopped incase i got pg. I'm 2 days late but bfn. I'm hoping its a shy bfp, but I think in reality it may have lengthened my cycle :-S

I started taking AC this cycle. Took it right up until I got a pos opk. Have not had any side effects from it. Has also done my skin wonders. I am 11dpo today, hoping it doesn't mess with my cycle length too much xx

I think i'm just takin too many things and thats why my cycle's screwed? I'm taking royal jelly and a/c and they both do a similar thing, maybe i'm overdoing it!

Hmm, now you come to mention it I've had loads of headaches recently.
How much AC are you taking? I'm taking 2 capsules a day.

I think I've lengthened AF too, I thought it had stopped at CD2 after a very light AF but I'm now very light and CD5.

I have been taking 2 tablets twice a day. Thats what it says on the bottle.

I didnt want to take the whole dose and heard it could work with less.
My cycles used to be regular before the last 2 so just want to get back to normal!
