AF after MC

hello ladies

i had a MC on the 16th august, was waiting for AF to show her face as she did today but i had no feeling that she was going to come, before my mc i would get sore boobs i mean very sore....and bad period cramps but now i got nothing and she shows her face should i be worried i mean like fertility wise.... i have had problems ovulating but i was back on track im thinking maybe im not.......or im just crazy and just leave it

Hi nazia, sorry for your loss. You're not crazy. I'm waiting for my first AF after mc, but was told it might be different to normal by the hospital. They said it could be heavier or lighter than normal, or more or less painful. I wouldn't worry about lack of AF symptoms too much at this stage, as apparently it can take a few cycles for things to settle down. I had only been ovualting for 5 months prior to finding out I was pregnant (PCOS) and I am bit worried about things being normal again, so I understand how you must feel. Do you use opks? If not, might be worth it? Just a thought.

AF showing up is a good sign hun, that you're getting back to normal. Keeping fx you get your BFP really soon x x
