Mc no symptoms

Hey people just wondering if anyone knows this? Its quite a random question

But do you always know when u have a mc ? I have had 2 in the past and have always had signs etc. I havent been for my 1st scan yet think i am roughly 12 weeks but dont really have any symptoms apart from sore boobs. not sure if am being paranoid or not lol

I only have sore boobs too hon. Shouldn't you be having a scan soon if you are 12 weeks- hopefully that will set your mind at ease. x
