Any advice for morning sickness (that makes me laugh, as actually its all day sickness for me lol)

Would be much appreciated and very grateful!!!

Got to get an essay for uni done, but can't face up to it or concentrate when I feel so sick!! xx

I haven't actually been sick yet! But All day everyday i get that sickly feeling! Headaches, lightheadedness, and tiredness! xx

same, not being sick, just feel constantly sick

I have had the morning, noon and night sickness for the last two weeks. Draining isn't it!!?.

I bought some travel sickness acupuncture wristbands as advised by a friend wasn't sure they'd work but for £2 for i'd give them a try they seem to be working. I can't stand the taste of ginger but they say that is good.
Dry crackers or since i got bored of the taste bought bevita breakfast biscuits seem to ease my sickness first thing the morning when i first wake up.
Also got given some lillipops (morning sickness ice pops) by a friend which are V odd flavours but when your feeling sick dry mouth etc they seem to help!.

Hope it eases off soon for you, your little bean is reminding you they're there is the way i look at it lol!

Cranberry juice has worked wonders for me, a glass first thing in the morning takes away the feeling and Im right all day! X

Dry crackers and polo mints work for me - the travel bands don't, I think you have to get them right on the pressure point or something but didn't do anything other than start to irriate me.

My ms has been more feeling really sick and light headed all day rather than being physically sick, I've been sick only 3 times but what I find helps and it's a bit tmi is actually trying to retch. I find that it seems to help, dunno why - just does for me.

If your sickness is really bad then you can get anti sickness pills from your GP x

I think the bracelet would probably drive me batty, and Im notorious for losing jewelry lol!!

I will deffinately try the dry crackers and cranberry juice, never thought of that!

I've been sick about 3/4 times now, for a walk last night and starting throwing up- nice!! :(

Has anyone tried peppermint tea? does it work??

Yeah think the bands have to be on right + they are quite irritating. But they've got me thro work without being sick lol!

I ate 2 dry crackers this morning and haven't thrown up. I feel sick and have wretched a few times, but not been sick. Hopefully I've found my cure lol x
