I thought this was meant to dissapear in the second tri but I have been more tired this week than I have ever been! I just can't seem to get enough sleep! Is anyone else still getting tired?

To think of it no I am not!!! I did not realise until you said. Sorry to rub it in. x Hopefully you should overcome it soon I know is just horrible. x

I'm hoping its because my body is busy making baby! I had some paranoia about dissappearing symptons recently. I'm lucky I work from home so can get a nap in soon!

I'm glad you are feeling well, hopefully I will too when I get to your stage :D

Still feeling a bit weary too Skatty, am never up past 10 pm (used to be 8.30 for the first tri) even at weekends and I am woken by my alarm every morning feeling as if I have just got into bed!! Still getting up for the loo twice a night as well despite the fact that I try to limit my fluids of an evening. Looking for things to improve for us both soon, craving that belly aren't you??!!

Hey same here for me, i am tired all the time..i still cant eat, so the symptoms just dont want to leave me alone yet!

Well girls isn't it good when you know others are feeling the same - not that I want any of us feeling bad!

Yes Dippy, I am really craving my bump! I'm off to England next week, I was there when I was about weeks and everyone said we'll be seeing your bump next time so unlerss it pops out this week I'm going to be a dissappointment! I bet I look fatter though!

Eblinx, are you still getting sick? Mine completely stopped around 14 weeks. I have days when I can't stop eating and others where I can hardly face anything. I hope you start to feel better soon :D

Hey there, I dont think a day has passed where i havnt been sick
Hope you all start to feel better soon :D

Oh Eblinx that's horrid :( I'm taking prescribed anti histamines for my sickness. I have to say if I miss one (I take them at night) I am sick the whole of the next day. At 18 weeks I have to try and see if I can come off them and I'm dreading even one more day of sickness!

You are 5 days ahead of me! :D
Yes, im feeling more tired now, im just resting and taking it easy. x

Hi Lilli! I'm actually a day ahead of my ticker but my dates changed 2 times already so I decided to wait until my scan at 19 weeks to change it! Its wierd because I didn't really feel knackered in the first tri, too busy feeling rough I guess! Well we have good reason to take it easy don't we? When do you have your next scan? Are you going to find out the sex?

Katt :D

Hi hun!
Yes, we are going to find out! I would LOVE a boy! Yourself?

I can't wait to find out! I also wanted a boy really bad and then I suddenly decided I really don't mind. I was a bit worried about what sort of Mum I'd be to a girl, I think because I'm the only girl in my family and boys are what I'm used to! My brothers are really close to my Mum but I've always been Daddy's girl so I guess I want a boy that adores his Mum really :D

 me too!
Are you showing yet? I am! I notice people looking at my tummy, as if wondering "is she, isnt she?" :wall:

it never matters how much sleep i have i am always tiered but i work 8 hours a day mon to fri:)

That's a hard question! People who know I am pregnant say they can tell but if you didn't know I am sure I'm just looking like a porker! I'm naturally very curvy so even though my waist is much thicker I still go in and out which doesn't look very pregnant! Wearing hipsters and a tight top makes me look more pregnant because surely no one would show off a fat belly  I'm back in London for a week next week so will by some maternity clothes and things that make me look preggers! :D

Hi Skatty, I hate to say it but I am still tired most of the time now!! I have good days where I am less tired, but come the afternoon its back again!! The only advice I can give is just try to rest as much as you can, even if you just close your eyes and deep breathe for five minutes it does help a little bit!!

I had that here. I had been non stop sick for 4 days and wasn't keeping sips of water down. My DH rang the emergency dotor and they said to get down to see the weekend doctor at the hospital straight away. She had absolutely no idea what to do and kept talking to a gynacologist that suggested all the usual stuff and to take travel sick pills  Luckily I started being able to keep stuff down again the next day. My Mum is in england and was furious and worried. I think some just put it down to a sympton you have to put up with and unless they have experienced it they just can't know how awful it is. I do hope you get better. Could you ask your doc about anti histamines? They are the only thing that worked for me, they take a few days to work but have been fab. If I miss one I'm still sick but otherwise I am back to normal :D

My doctor isnt wanting to give me anything at the moment he said "it could do more harm than good" i guess no one wants to help me   Not really sure what to do at the moment.

Oh poor you :( I must say I have been really worried about taking the antihistamines but my doc said they are fine while I'm being sick and better that I can keep food down. I am going to try and come off them soon, I'm dreading it, even one day is bad I feel so sorry for you. Do you keep any food down? Usually by the evening I could eat something before bed and I'd take my vits then.

I'm sure you have tried all the usual ginger, plain biscuits etc? They didn't work for me.

I have some pregnancy pop sweets left over. If you PM me your address I can send you them while I'm at the post office tomorrow. I found they helped me when I was on the bus or in the car but they were no miracle cure!

:D
