Hello all
Hope you are all well :)

As title says i'm feeling really low this week.. Had my HSG back on the 31st October, never received any results but doctor at the time said everything looked normal and that my results would be given to consultant.. Within 2 weeks i'd had a letter to go for an ultrasound (didn't know why or if this was routine) Anyway went yesterday for ultrasound and it turned into an internal ultrasound.. Lady was lovely but didn't say anything, I asked at the end if everything looked ok and she said they weren't allowed to say.. :( Hate not knowing.. Why cant they just reassure us... I know they aren't doctors but it's playing on my mind so much and we aren't back at the hospital until 10th January.

Can anyone relate to the above??

The only thing left to do until the next appointment is blood test 2-4 (is this one or the other or both day 2 & 4) and hubby needs to do another SA to see if any improvement..

Sorry for going on and I'm sure i'll be ok, just hate worrying :(

Take care
xxxxx

So after 52 views no comments :(

On a brighter note, I'm feeling much better about everything!!

Sorry no one has replied to you and glad to hear tou are feeling much better. They didn't say much at my scan either but all was normal - i know its worrying then when you are lwft not knowing. Your bloods need to be between days 2 and 4. They will run various tests but only one actual blood test during that period. Are you having day 21 blood test to check for ovulation as well? Best of luck with ttc xx

Hello lovely & thank you :)

Thank you for your lovely reply.. Yes they did day 21 too right at the start and results were really good..

Thank you again
xxx

Hey hon - sorry you've been feeling down, sorry they are not telling you what's going on. Not long to wait til your next appt, hope that goes well xx

Hang in there, jan will be here before you know it! fx results are all good. Keep us updated with how you get on xxx

Its not fair that they didn't tell you at the time. Mine all told me at the scan which puts your mind at rest. Could you maybe phone up the hospital and ask for the results?
If its any help its probably 'normal' and they might think they don't need to tell you unless there's a problem! Not helpful though and you think they'd learn at medical school that people need to know for their mental health!

I had to wait for over 3 weeks to get my results which was ridiculous as I was experiencing alot of sudden pain at the time whish is why I was so keen to be scanned.

You've nearly done all the tests you need to do so you're not far from (hopefully) being given the appropriate treatment :)
