A cleaning question....

Does anyone know any good non-toxic ways of removing Mold and Mildew?

I've tried Googling and it says about Bicarbonate of Soda, does it work?

I really don't want to use bleach or any other chemical as the mold and mildew is in our room around the window and Sam still shares our room with us.

I've given it all a good clean and wipe down but it is minging

The cleaning mad woman on Houses Behaving Badly is always going on about white vinegar. Might be worth a go.

If not, I've always found Cillit Bang Stain and Drain to be brill for stains like that, but I understand your reluctance to use chemicals. If you have to resort to it just keep the window wide open all day so the room can ventilate then I'm sure it'll be ok.

Cheers I try that, if nothing 'natural' works then i will have to use something chemically i'd rather not but it looks gross.
