Hi ladies

I guess I am wondering if anyone has been through something similar.

I've had all the usual feelings of tiredness, nausea, sore boobs but over the last few days the sickness and sore boobs seem a lot better. It's making me worry something is wrong and I haven't got a scan for two weeks.

Has anyone else had this? Is it normal?

Xxxxx

Yes perfectly normal. They'll probably come back with a vengeance soon! As long as no pain or bleeding you should try to relax x

My symptoms come and go especially the sore boobs. Some days they hurt and others they don't! It's perfectly normal for symptoms to fade - it just means the placenta is starting to take over. I know it's worrying when it happens but it's normal!

I'm having the same. I'm 8w4d today and although I do feel a bit sick, my boobs aren't as sore and symptoms are not as pronounced x

Thank you ladies. I had a missed miscarriage last summer. Had spotting with that and lost symptoms much earlier. Never had any nausea really anyway.

It's so scary being pregnant!!!!!

Hope you ladies are all doing well xxxx

I didn't suffer with morning sickness in the typical sense (no vomiting) but had nausea, fatigue and sore boobs but these disappeared at about 9 or 10 weeks. I then found I had so much more energy at this time.

I think it's normal for symptoms to fluctuate especially as you get through the first few months. You might be one of the lucky ones that breezes on through from this point!

Thank you firstfreakout. That sounds about right for me although my boobs are still quite sore. Would be nice to start feeling better. Just can't get missed miscarriage out of my head!

Hope you are feeling good at 31 weeks

Xx

If it wasn't for the back pain I'd be breezing through!
If you're super worried you can always book a private reassurance scan if you have the funds? I booked one last week for £39 and they even did 4d peeks for free!

I have booked one for 11+3 because I just can't wait until my NHS one at 14+1!! I've got just under 2 weeks to wait haha xx

My boobs are also starting to become less sore this week which freaked me out, but a scan on Thursday (8 weeks 5 days) indicated all was fine. Since then I've been starting to become more sensitive to bad smells. E.g. The smell of my dogs poop as I picked it up made me bork today, which never usually affects me. And last night I became nauseous in the middle of my dinner which was fish pie all because I saw some red onion in it and thought it was a strange fishy creature :oooo:
