6 wks and just found out its twins!! anyone in same boat? x

Hi girls, well Im 6 weeks today and we had early scan and found out we are having twins... am shocked, ecstatic and just so bloody grateful
Anyone else expecting twins??? xx

I am soooo jealous! I dream of having twins, ya buy one ya get one free! lol! You are so lucky, seriously if I found out I was having twins I think I would burst with excitement xx

thanks so much girls! was such a shock! The sonographer is also our fertility doc so she had said to me when my first beta was 657 at 4 weeks that it could be twins! Didnt really believe it so when I went in for scan, lights went off, probe went up and within 2 seconds she says 'I told you you were having twins'.... DH almost fainted. He went SO white she called a nurse in to get him a glass of water... myslef and the doc were roaring laughing.. she had tears in her eyes. It was amazing really. Then we heard their little heartbeats!!! crazy!!! one was at 116 beats per min, the other at 120. One is .44cm the other .42. Theyre not identical which means its not as high risk as far as I understand. I just cannot believe it!!!
So twim mummies, any tips??! Any must do or must gets? we are going to go private here in Ire. Its 4000euro but with twins I think its money well spent
