Hey gals I just found out that I was 4 weeks along and I have a lot of cramping, is this normal? I know that some is supposed to occur due to your uterus growing and like that but man o man I didn't realize it was going to make me take some tylenol everyday!!

I had cramping at 4 weeks and also at 8, 12 and 16 weeks, when my period would have been due.
If you are worrid, there is no harm in speaking to the doctor.

thanks! I did speak with her yesterday when I went in and she said that it was normal it's just that this is my first pregnancy and I guess every little thing scares me!!

unless your in heavey pain that won't go away, it all sounds normal, just think how much is going on down there ready to accomodate a baby, and implantation can do that too.

Congrats to you, look forward to following your pregnancy journey X

congrats on ur pregnancy, i think cramping in the beginning itsnt something to worry about really unless u experience spotting/bleeding and even then its ususally implantation bleeding :-)

wishing u a happy healthy nine months xxx

All sounds normal hun :)

Congrats hun xxx

Thanks a ton guys!!! I'm getting acquainted with the different cramping feelings and everything thats going on down below. It's just SOOO weird to think about.

I had quite bad cramping at the very start and I still get it. In fact one day I had it for 9 hours non stop and I was so worried that I cried and nearly went to hospital. But it's normal and everything is fine!

Congrats on your pregnancy hun, and welcome to the forum!
I get quite bad cramping on and off but can have it for most of the day some days. I think its all quite normal and try not to worry too much about it (easier said than done, i know) xxx
