3 week old not keeping formula down

I dont know what it is, but last night Amelia was really restless and noisy in her breathing and wouldn't finish any of her bottles, her bed sheet was soaking when I went to her at 3am feed, and two morning feeds have ended up over me and her.

She was finishing 4oz bottles but all night and morning not had more than 2 oz and that has been thrown up, she is wetting her nappies still.

HV said to change her formula (how? she didnt tell me if i change straight or mix or phone doctor for telephone consultation.

I was worried with it being the weekend and her not keeping anythingdown so have doc appt at 4pm

I am really anxious as she is still so little and not really kept anyting down for 12 hrs

she may have a cold or could be the formula not agreeing with her tummy. colbi threw up this morning but hes got a cold so was flemmy (sorry tmi) and he keeps bringing up flem today. im not sure how you change formula as iv always breastfed so hope Dr helps. I think you change milk straight over but im not too sure x
