Bringing milk back

Elexia has caught Adams cold and has been really good up to now but since last night she not finishing her 5oz bottles and she is bringing an just less than an oz back, should I cut her bottles down to 4oz's again?

I never had this with Adam as he was on hungry baby milk from about 4weeks! x x
