I have horrible pains low down again today im not to hopeful of a bfp with these cramps as I think my pocs is playing up

7dpo for me today. Sore boobies and an increased sense of smell. And a few cramps on and off.

But I think that's just me. Way too early for anything I know.

An going to start poas (IC's only) tomorrow.

Ok, spreadsheet time. I changed my dates to see how the profile of my temps fits to my normal profile...and got a really god match. Luckily that would suggest af due today (ish)

Fits with the flaming cramps I'm having

The gap is where I was being chilled about ttc and as usual it's that that causes the most stress

I am crap at charts when I was doing them when I didn't like the temp it face me I used to get the severe hump. I had to stop temping in the end as I was getting urges to rig my chart lol x

I kept forgetting to do it for day's at a time, then my chart would come out all funny x

Well girls im cd 38 today and still no sign of af. Had pulling behind bellybutton again today but no af symptoms. Grrr hate this waiting as its turned into more of a 3ww
